      Brings health care to more of Arizona's working poor.
      Does not increase taxes.
      Expands AHCCCS eligibility to all under the poverty line.
      Returns more of Arizona taxpayers' federal taxes to the state.
      Halts the waste of federal dollars earmarked for Arizona that we've been "leaving on the table."
      Creates incentives for work rather than welfare.
      Lowers all Arizonans' health care costs by reducing "cost shifting" from the uninsured to the insured.

      Part 2: Healthy Tomorrow

      Boosts and secures funding for crucial health and nutrition programs.
      Does not increase taxes.
      Sends lottery revenue where the voters said it should go.
      Does not threaten current recipients of lottery revenue.
      Lowers all Arizonans' health care costs by focusing on prevention.
      Encourages doctors to serve the needs of rural Arizona.
      Prevents child abuse and child neglect.
      Cuts teen pregnancy.
